Meet the founder of Alpine Botanica

Founded in 2022, by Michael Poulsen, Alpine Botanica is a dream come true following Poulsen's love for nature and eco-friendly living which began in his childhood. Raised on his family ranch, in Cody Wyoming, he learned the importance of hunting and gardening for food and developed skills in construction from his father, a renown Western Artist.  Later, Poulsen pursued “Environmental Science and Construction Management” studies at the University of Utah and UVU. Poulsen worked on various green projects, including farm-to-table programs and sustainable building designs. Following his studies, he returned to Cody, working in construction and as an EMT, Mountain Guide.

Our Process to build your greenhouse with us

  • First we meet with you to assess your needs and book your first Free Consultation.

  • We will do our first consulation with you and book a Site Survey. Out of state consultation costs: Travel expenses + $500/day.

  • Once we have determined your needs and you have booked us we will design your greenhouse and provide you with a cost estimation.

  • Once all is approved we will finalize the design of your customized greenhouse.

  • We require a down payment once the design is fully approved. The down payment covers the material so construction can begin.

  • Construction starts once all material is on-site.
